Job Title: Talent Management Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £20,160 per annum pro rata for 22.5 hours per week (FTE £33,598.50 for 37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 10 months
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, working 3 days a week (7.5 hours per day) or 5 days a week (4.5 hours per day). Hybrid Working - minimum 2 days per week in Reigate, Central Office.
Location: Hybrid Working with a minimum of 2 days per week in our central office in Reigate
Start Date: As soon as possible

Active Prospects is seeking a driven Talent Management Coordinator to provide maternity cover for this pivotal role in an award-winning programme.
Active Prospects is leading the Care Talent Collective, an alliance of seven top care providers in Surrey which has received government funding to lead an innovative talent management programme. The Care Talent Collective was launched in October 2023 and is bringing fresh talent into the Surrey care sector through a Fast Track Management programme and Enhanced Apprenticeship. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge project with the power to revolutionise care talent management in Surrey!

Your Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment and on-boarding of candidates
- Provide coaching and pastoral support to ensure participants thrive during the programme.
- Support the programme lead in coordinating leadership development activities and placements
- Shape the future of the programme by contributing to planning for its next phase.
