As a Supplier Quality Engineer, your primary objective is to ensure that suppliers deliver products that meet contractual and customer requirements. You will play a critical role in supplier quality assurance, development, and process optimization, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellence in product quality and manufacturability.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, your primary objective is to ensure that suppliers deliver products that meet contractual and customer requirements. You will play a critical role in supplier quality assurance, development, and process optimization, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellence in product quality and manufacturability.

Responsibilities
- Supplier Quality Assurance & Verification - ensure that supplied products meet contractual and customer requirements
- Development of Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans in accordance with customers, NATO and ISO requirements
- Verify material specification and certification and maintain equipment data books
- Conduct internal and Supplier audits according to KM Audit program
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Resolution - effectively identify and resolve deviations or non-conformances
- Supplier Quality Development Management - maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers
- Manufacturability & Process Optimization - ensure that new product designs are manufacturable by coordinating with engineering departments
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication - work closely with operational buyers, engineering teams, and assembly team to align on product quality, manufacturability, and process improvements.
- Experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Experience in Supplier Development & Relationship Management
- Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Auditing
- Proficiency in Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of Preventive Quality Tools & Processes
- Manufacturability & Process Improvement Expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good written and oral English skill
- Self-driven way of working
- Ability to travel
- Working in an international environment/stable company in market leader position
