We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PV Installer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties. We need someone who is eager to establish themselves within a company that carries out a significant number of installations each year.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so experience working with Solar PV or in Roofing is essential. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, and will need to be physically fit and ready for the challenges that come with the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the work site clean, tidy, and organised
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
• Perform general labouring duties as needed
• Work well independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Stay organised and efficient on the job
• Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Meet the physical demands of the role

What You'll Need To Succeed

We’re looking for a skilled and confident PV Installer or Roofer with experience in the field. You’ll be comfortable working at heights and have a proactive approach to the job.

A valid CSCS card is desirable, but if you don’t have one, you must be willing to train towards it. You’ll need a full driver’s licence and your own transport, as the role involves travelling to various site locations.

Essentials

• Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
• Confident with working at heights
• Valid CSCS, or happy to complete training to obtain this
• Valid drivers licence
• Able to pass an Enhanced BDS check
  
  

Basic hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required.
