Core Responsibilities
As Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll craft and deliver the regional trade marketing strategy for WE. By working across global, regional, and local teams, you’ll ensure outstanding execution at retailers, both online and in-store.
WE Trade Marketing drives collaboration between central marketing and local BUs to align strategies with shopper insights and commercial opportunities. We act as the voice of retailers and their shoppers, ensuring campaigns influence purchasing behavior and improve the shopping experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Drive Global Retail Shopper Campaigns Collaborate with global marketing teams and local BUs in WE and other regions (AMS, CEEMA, APAC). Represent WE in campaign development.
- Translate Strategy to Action Partner with the WE Trade Marketing Director to align global strategy with regional trade priorities and channel strategies.
- Build Impactful Campaigns Develop regional and BU-specific campaigns/toolkits tailored to ICPs and local opportunities.
- Deliver Omni-Channel Excellence Lead regional retail calendars, path-to-purchase guidelines, and messaging across retail ecosystems in partnership with Shopper Operations.
- Collaborate for Success Work with Regional Commercial Development, eCommerce COE, and BU teams to complete engaging retail activations, driving online and in-store sales.
- Champion Shopper Insights Advocate for WE shopper insights to global marketing teams, influencing Retail Shopper Marketing (RSM) strategies.
- Lead Strategic Workstreams Handle planning, budget, and creative outputs with the internal regional agency (OLA EMEA).
- Drive Innovation Lead all aspects of bundle strategy, process efficiency, and material innovation across EMEA.
- Cultivate Partnerships Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, markets, and agencies, staying ahead of trends and integrating retail marketing innovations.
- Evaluate and Optimize Conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies based on shopper insights and efficiency tracking.

Do you have what it takes?
- Proven success in trade, shopper, retail marketing, or eCommerce roles, ideally in a high-impact consumer goods company.
- Shopper-centric mentality with experience driving conversion on retailer eCommerce platforms.
- Expertise in the shopper journey and path-to-purchase optimization.
- Creative, results-driven self-starter with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong collaborator and communicator, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas, connect insights, and develop actionable strategies.
