We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our Tunbridge Wells team. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting our innovative IT solutions and infrastructure.


About the Role:


  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and availability
  • Collaborate with teams to drive best practices and align technical solutions with strategic plans
  • Manage and support IT software and hardware, leading projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Support the migration of services to cloud technologies.


About You:


  • Experienced as a senior infrastructure/systems engineer.
  • Technically proficient in Azure, O365, and various IT solutions.
  • Confident communicator, able to interact with different teams.
  • Enjoys problem-solving with a focus on commercial impact.
  • Committed to continuous personal and professional development.
