Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the CPO to define the product vision and lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, driving innovation and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful, customer-focused products. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Collaborate with the CPO to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities. Use insights to prioritise features and initiatives.
- End-to-End Product Development:
- Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships across the organisation to gather feedback and drive alignment.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success. Leverage data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs and experiences. Gather insights through user research, interviews, and surveys to create products that exceed customer expectations
- 6–8 years of proven product management experience, ideally within the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams and levels.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using metrics and insights to inform decisions and measure success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Passion for customer-centric design and delivering products that solve real-world problems.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or with SaaS products is a plus but not required.
