It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550+ agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6500 transfers since launch in 2017.

Brief Intro To The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth by partnering with commercial teams and driving demand generation and lead acquisition efforts across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our B2B and self-serve products by implementing high-impact campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and optimizing our digital and account-based marketing strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and nurture new prospects for our club and agency B2B products, driving high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Use best-in-class content to develop, execute, and optimize demand and lead generation campaigns to acquire quality contacts, generate leads, and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
  • Design and implement multi-channel email campaigns supporting new business, retention, and expansion initiatives across the funnel.
  • Work closely with Data and Product teams to leverage product-led growth (PLG) strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to drive go-to-market (GTM) activities for new products and features.
  • Lead efforts to optimize our website, SEO, and digital user journeys, focusing on lead capture and conversion, in collaboration with Content and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Create and refine self-serve customer journey campaigns for football players and industry professionals.
  • Manage digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid search channels to drive targeted traffic and leads.
  • Work closely with Sales to identify high-priority prospects and deploy account-based marketing tactics.
  • Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and PowerBI to monitor, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data teams to refine target segments for optimized campaign reach.
  • Coordinate with the Events team and Brand & Content teams to manage targeted events (both online and offline) for demand generation and sales opportunities.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation and lead generation, including digital marketing, with a background in both B2B SaaS and B2C being a plus.
  • Proficient in website optimization (CRO), email and paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others), with hands-on experience in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented approach to improving campaign performance and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and meticulous about executing campaigns effectively.
