Job Title: SEND Graduate

Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education seeks an enthusiastic SEND Graduate to join a supportive school in Lincoln, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and inclusion, looking to gain hands-on experience working with SEND students.

Key Responsibilities That We Are Looking For

• Support students with special educational needs (SEND) in a classroom setting.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students achieve their potential.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with school staff to develop and implement individual support strategies.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Will

• A degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with SEND students (voluntary or paid).
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education).
