About the role

Reporting into the Sales Ops Manager the Sales Operations Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Sales Support Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the sales support operations and contributing to the achievement of regional sales goals.

Market Data Collection & Analysis

  • Assist in collecting and analysing market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings and providing actionable insights.
  • Keep the Sales Ops Manager informed about changes in the competitive landscape.

Report Preparation

  • Help prepare reports and presentations for the sales team and upper management.
  • Ensure that all documents are accurate, well-organized, and formatted according to company standards.

Administrative Support

  • Support the Sales Ops Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing materials.
  • Manage and maintain sales-related documentation and records.

Communication & Liaison

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Support Manager and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Special Projects

  • Participate in special projects as assigned by the Sales Ops Manager.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving sales support processes.

Experience to succeed

At least 3 years of experience in a support role within the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership environment.

Experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Have a track record of delivering results as.

Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.

Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
