Requirements:

Demonstrate world-class technical leadership and subject matter expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the NAS and Object product spaces.

Lead customer engagements with benchmarks, system configurations, and system installations.

Contribute to the technical sales strategy while taking ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts.

Creation of architecture “blueprints” for repeatable solutions that you will deliver to the customer community as part of the sales team.

Work closely with product management, R&D and Engineering to help to define profitable future product requirements based on your direct customer engagement.

Contribute to the global teams base of knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • You will possess 7+ years of technical expertise in pre-sales or a system engineering role where you supported sales executives in solution selling to prospects, executed strategic deals, and matched customer requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Ability to perform in an unstructured environment.
  • An understanding of classic unstructured data applications, next-generation analytics and AI pipelines.
  • Preferably to have experience within the Public Sector or Life Sciences.
  • Preparation and/or delivery of technical product and architecture presentations to customers.
  • Knowledge of containerization, high-performance networking and enterprise security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to gain knowledge outside of your field of expertise in order to identify multiple use cases for the Vast data platform.
