Are you ready for an exciting challenge as a Sales Enablement Program Manager?
Sage is a global leader in providing business solutions that help companies manage their finances, processes, and people. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our global Sales Enablement team and take on a position of its kind in Newcastle.
This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape a Sales Enablement program focused on our Sage Intacct solution. You will be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that enhance the sales effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams.
In this role, you will develop enablement programs aligned with regional enablement plans and global Sage standards. You will define "Always-On" enablement programs that include a mix of formal training content and practical coaching implementations.
From the initial onboarding of colleagues to the further development of upselling skills, you will implement a culture and concept of continuous improvement while enhancing the skills and competencies across all sales functions.
Your Mission:
Develop and deliver Sales Enablement programs that enhance the sales effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams.
Execute enablement programs aligned with regional enablement plans, focusing on upselling and growth opportunities for Intacct.
Define and deliver enablement programs and "Always-On" enablement, including a mix of formal training content and practical coaching implementations.
Communicate and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to identify and meet training and knowledge requirements.
In partnership with the Manager (or Senior Manager) Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Program Manager will proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement onboarding and continuous development programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes. From initial colleague onboarding through to enhanced skills development adopting a culture and concept of continuous improvement as we enhance skills and competence across all Sales roles.

This is you:
- Completed commercial training with several years of SaaS sales experience
- Several years of work experience in a Sales Enablement position is essential
- Good understanding of common sales methodologies
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Structured working style
- High initiative and successful work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop local solutions as part of a global team
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Enlish, both in spoken and written form
