Hours and, Rota: 34 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 4 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 10/10.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.
Salary: £27,890.20 - £29,004 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.

What you`ll be doing as a Safety Team Member:
- Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
- Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
- Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
- Providing outstanding customer service to our students
- Reporting on incidents electronically
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Calm under pressure, approachable and fair
- Confident working alone and comfortable working as part of a team
- Most importantly, as a Safety Team Member you`ll share our values and passion for creating a
