Lead a global multi-disciplined team covering regulated and non-regulated services focused on service governance, compliance, regulatory reporting, audit, and customer assurance.

Operational Resilience and Compliance: Drive compliance with operational resilience policies and standards, identifying gaps and ensuring action plans are effectively formulated, prioritised, and tracked. Be responsible for Divisional ITDR strategy compliance and ensure that Engineering teams are delivering plans and policies.

Risk Management: Oversee processes within Engineering for handling technology and operational risks across Data & Analytics, ensuring the correct risk assessments are conducted for areas of non-compliance, engaging stakeholders to ensure the risk is understood and action plans formulated, prioritised, and tracked. Proficient in managing escalations, and providing strategic input to risk governance processes.

Service Management: Experience in service management. Adept at post incident root cause analysis, supporting Engineering teams in identifying causes and other factors influencing our service Incidents to drive more robust and improved operational resilience to disruptions and higher service availability. Ability to distill and communicate major incident follow ups across various levels of the organisation up to C level. Provide support to ongoing Operational Resilience initiatives as a representative of Data & Analytics, ensuring that the requirements of the Division are considered in any solution or process and communicating those across the teams.

Customer Audits and Assurance: Supervise the routine Product and Site Attestation programmes, annual and adhoc customer audit requests, ensuring that the responses provided are timely, accurate and within the scope of the customers provision under their contract and that messaging is consistent across all external parties. Provide an escalation point for issues relating to customer experience.

Regulatory Reporting: experienced in working with external regulators and government bodies to ensure compliance and support assessments, including monthly reporting and engagement in Risk and Compliance forums for FX businesses.

Process Design and Improvement: experience in policy, standard and procedure design, review, contributing to technical standard and ITSM process reviews and approvals, where necessary defining processes where none exist.

Data Analysis: Ability to consume, understand and manipulate data using a variety of tools, producing actionable reports to drive discussions and outcomes in relation to service quality, compliance and risk.
