Receptionist

Rikama Education Ltd. are excited to be working with a selective girls academy with mixed sixth form in the the Sevenoaks/Tonbridge area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist.

The school supports students from KS3 - KS5. You will be joining a close-knit team who support their staff as much as their students, making for a great working and learning environment.

As the Receptionist, you will:

• Work closely with the Headteacher's Executive Assistant as well as providing admin support for a range of business services including central admin and operations, admissions, events and marketing.
• Be responsible for all front of house processes within the school to benefit student learning and staff efficiency.
  
  

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have the following experience:

• Front of House/Receptionist/School Office or Admin Experience
• Excellent IT Skills with clear working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, databases and internet systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate to the need to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other professionals.
• Knowledge of SIMS is desirable
