At SuperBike Factory, we need a Quality Assurance Officer who can review, refine, and raise the bar for how we engage with customers. You’ll play a key role in making sure our teams follow procedures, deliver great service, and stay compliant with industry regulations.

We now have 5 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes employing over 280 people along the way with plans to expand even further.

At SuperBike Factory, we need a Quality Assurance Officer who can review, refine, and raise the bar for how we engage with customers. You’ll play a key role in making sure our teams follow procedures, deliver great service, and stay compliant with industry regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Listening & Assessing - Reviewing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Spotting Trends - Analysing data to identify recurring issues, helping us fix problems before they escalate.
- Providing Feedback - Coaching teams, delivering constructive feedback, and driving better customer outcomes.
- Ensuring Compliance - Keeping us on track with FCA regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Investigating & Resolving Issues - Handling complex complaints, FCA cases, and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) while keeping accurate records.
- QA Experience - You’ve worked in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance, reviewing work and giving structured feedback.
- Customer Service Background - You know what great service sounds like because you’ve worked in a call centre or customer-facing role.
- Regulated Industry Knowledge - You understand FCA guidelines, financial services, or another highly regulated sector.
- Strong Analytical Skills - You can break down interactions, spot patterns, and suggest solutions that improve processes.
- Confident Communicator - You’re comfortable giving feedback and working across teams to drive better standards.
- You’ll have real impact - Your insights will directly improve how we engage with customers.
