Your Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance intern shall implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the Olympus Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
Shall implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.

- Actively participate in project activities regarding Post Market Surveillance Complaints and Investigations
- Support the Post Market Surveillance process as required
- Support / input to PMS activities /processes.
- Support the PMS and PAE functions as directed
- Develop improved or new data tracking / recording systems within the PMS team
- Participate in Problem Solving and Continual Improvement activities
- To undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.
- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in a data/engineering/medical/science degree
- Must have strong expertise in excel and able to produce charts and data for the QA/Compliance team
- Experience in a similar role (data management/coordination) preferred
- Experience of working in a regulated environment e.g. medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech an advantage
- Experience of working in Quality and/or Regulatory Teams preferred
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
