We are looking for a Project Manager to join our technology team and lead the delivery of key business projects. This role will ensure that technology-related initiatives align with business needs, are delivered on time, and meet quality expectations. You will work within a small, dynamic team and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive successful project outcomes.

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and external vendors to define project scope and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers, ensuring clear visibility of progress
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, based on project needs
• Support business teams in adopting new processes, systems, and technologies with minimal disruption

What will you need?

• Proven experience managing project management experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment
• A PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
• Agile experience and/or qualification is desirable
• Experience managing projects related to CRM, ERP, data integration, or software development is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing business needs
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers
