About The Role
As a Product Owner, you will be a key player in our agile product development team, working closely with both technical and product-focused colleagues. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritise features to ensure alignment with our product roadmap and business objectives. Your technical understanding and ability to clearly articulate product direction will be crucial in guiding the development team to deliver outstanding solutions.

About The Role
As a Product Owner, you will be a key player in our agile product development team, working closely with both technical and product-focused colleagues. Your technical understanding and ability to clearly articulate product direction will be crucial in guiding the development team to deliver outstanding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager/s.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives using Kanban methodology.
- Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the agile development process, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and ensure they meet customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the facilities management industry.
- Effectively navigate and resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong technical understanding and background of web applications and software development.
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices, specifically Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to envision and articulate product direction.
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in the facilities management industry.
- Experience with CAFM solutions.
