We are recruiting for a Product Manager for a fixed term contract. If you have experience in Money and Mortgages, including loans, credit cards, bank accounts, car finance, mortgages etc, we’d love to hear from you! Please read on as this could be the ideal role for you…
You will be involved directly in all of the activities required to go from strategy, through ideation to delivery.You will own the vision, shaping and building strategies and roadmaps for your product(s), thinking beyond the day to day, as well as manage the backlog, writing user stories, working with technical members of the team and being directly exposed to customers, with research, prototyping, experimentation, data analysis and testing.
A Product Manager’s purpose is to ensure the team delivers exceptional experiences that benefit both our customers and the business. They ensure the team explores problem spaces, compare solution suitability and iteratively move towards an identified outcome, whilst also considering things through an external commercial lens.This means, owning the vision, managing the backlog, writing user stories, working with technical members of the team and being directly exposed to customers with research, prototyping, experimentation data analysis and testing. Working as Part of the ‘Grow’ team within CtM, you will be part of a driven, highly capable function, setting out to find and deliver the next markets to compliment our high-growth core.

You’ll be:

- Understand how to collect and use data that can drive effective decision making
- Have a broad awareness of all the activities involved in experience development
- You will have some knowledge and exposure to financial products (e.g. loans, credit cards, bank accounts, car finance etc.)

- Understanding the wider market and customer need, and opportunity, and translating this into potential epics
- Analyse and break down requirements and communicate these clearly to the team for delivery
- Create and manage the backlog with high quality stories that are up-to-date and prioritised in-line with team objectives
- Continuous improvement and innovation to customer experiences (internal and external) and team processes
- Making high quality decisions within the team through appropriate use of data
