Role Purpose
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Role Purpose
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilise insights to inform product decisions and prioritise features.
- Product Development: Collaborate with different stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align product priorities, drive consensus, and ensure successful product launches.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Act as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and feedback.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance over time. Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Gather feedback through user research, surveys, and customer interviews to ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous but not essential.
