We are looking for:
a Product Certification Specialist, reporting to the laboratory lead in Wrexham.

We count on you for:
  • To generate and provide to customers the site Certificates of Conformity following verification of testing requirements v’s customer requirements.
  • To verify and approve supplier incoming certification.
  • Raise non-conformance notifications
  • To represent the site during customer visits, customer audits and external accreditation visits.
  • To provide mistake-proofed solutions to any internal or external customer concerns.
  • Expected to demonstrate strong safety behaviors.
  • Liaising with various areas of the business to ensure the demands of the business are met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality group.
  • Record and report metrics to support department KPIs.
  • Expected, as required to support the configuration of quality systems.
  • Support internal and external quality audits.
  • Be the site quality ‘Delegated Product Release Verification’ (DPRV) representative.

You will bring:
  • Be flexible – working hours may, at times require a level of flexibility
  • Have good knowledge of quality systems
  • Familiar with AS13001 (Delegated Product Release Verification)
  • High attention to detail & be self-motivated
  • Be able to work alone, or as part of a team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both internally and externally on different hierarchical levels.
  • Be experienced in using LIMS, SAP and various other PC based systems

Additional information:

  • Working days; Monday to Friday.
