Principal Medical Writer

Oxford PharmaGenesis has an opportunity for a Senior or Principal Medical Writer to join us.
The role will be based in a team that focuses on medical affairs and integrated evidence generation planning. As a Senior or Principal Medical Writer, you will lead content delivery and you will help to continue the growth of the team’s diverse accounts. The role includes strategic consultancy for our clients, planning and facilitating virtual meetings/evidence planning workshops, and developing training slide decks and internal communications.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced role, and on projects that need daily management during peak periods. We are looking for someone who has the confidence to lead projects with direct client contact.
You will work with an established and experienced team, and there will be opportunities to mentor and manage others.
We are looking for a talented Senior or Principal Medical Writer who has:
- a science degree (PhD advantageous), preferably in life sciences
- experience in a writing-focused role in the medical communications sector
- experience with integrated evidence generation planning (desirable but not essential)
- a passion for communicating science
- a ‘can-do’ attitude.
This is a hybrid role and can be based in either of our Oxfordshire offices or our London office.
