What We Look For

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development
• Experience using phonics programmes (e.g., RWI, Letters and Sounds)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, caring, and empathetic attitude
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team
• An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
