Key Responsibilities Of Primary Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Teach a range of subjects to primary school students.
- Organise and supervise extracurricular activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), trainee, or early career teacher.
- SEN Experience is a bonus.
- Experience in teaching primary school students is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world.
- Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential).

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
