You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. Our modern, well-equipped hospital provides a range of services and treatments from outpatients and minor procedures through to inpatients and major surgical specialties. Hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and an onsite Pharmacy. We are established as one of the leading providers of healthcare in the area and have just completed a major refurbishment of the Endoscopy Unit. As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, You Will
- Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service
- As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care
- Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
- Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
- Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
- Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
