The People Partner is a commercially driven advisor, partnering with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to deliver people and operational initiatives aligned with itsu’s strategy. A key focus is providing fair, consistent ER guidance while ensuring accountability within teams.

The People Partner is a commercially driven advisor, partnering with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to deliver people and operational initiatives aligned with itsu’s strategy. A key focus is providing fair, consistent ER guidance while ensuring accountability within teams.
- Partner with Operations Managers to deliver people initiatives that align with our strategy.
- Advise and support General Managers on employee relations, resolving issues with fairness and consistency.
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends and drive meaningful change.
- Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to enhance management training and development.
- Facilitate management succession planning, supporting recruitment needs, and development processes to strengthen succession bench.
- 4+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR.
- expert in employee relations and stakeholder management, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A data-driven approach to reporting and analysis, with a curiosity for turning insights into actions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering engagement and collaboration.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on aligning people strategies with business goals.
