As a member of our Ground Operations Team at Bournemouth Airport our Passenger Service Agents plays a crucial role in ensuring that a fantastic customer service is delivered to our all-important customers.

This is a rostered role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required. Shifts are a rolling 4 shifts on, 2 days off pattern and include frequent very early starts, late finishes & working weekends & bank holidays. You will receive you roster 4 weeks in advance.
What skills will I need?
This role is physically demanding, as you will be required to support our fast-paced operation, and you will be always on the go. We are seeking adaptable, self-motivated individuals with good time management skills. No previous experience is necessary - if you have a passion for Customer Service, resolving complex customer situations and love working as part of a team, apply today!

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our customers as they arrive at the airport & welcome them back from their holiday.
- Check-in customers for their flights, issue boarding passes, check passports and travel documents and assist our customers at our Self Service kiosks.
- Board our flights to ensure our flights depart on time.
- Follow the necessary safety and security procedures.
- Effectively support our customers and our operation in times of disruption and delays.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, working to resolving issues and overcome challenges.
- Communicate effectively with our customers at all times, demonstrating a friendly, professional approach, ensuring every customer feels like a VIP.
