Working with world-class brands as a Parts Advisor you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

- Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records on our systems
- Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers
- Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
