RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain contract databases and information by accurately logging and managing contract records.
  • Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and finalising of NDAs, Insertion Orders, and production crew agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the preparation and management of other commercial agreements as needed.
  • Facilitate the signing process for agreements, ensuring timely execution.
  • Update agency-facing shared documentation to reflect changes in contract terms, new client wins, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to confirm contract completion before payment and ensure prompt updates to the revenue tracker.
  • Ensure internal compliance with Croud’s contracts, policies, and processes while identifying and supporting areas for improvement.
  • Assist with contract compliance and corrective action reporting processes, working closely with the compliance team and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the contracts section of Croud’s intranet site.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous experience in at least one contracts-focused role, with exposure to contract drafting or commercial legal training.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A meticulous, logical, and methodical approach to contract markup and terms, combined with commercial awareness and practical experience.
  • Strong ability to research and stay informed on regulatory or industry changes that may affect contract processes and business operations.
  • Exceptional administration, time management, and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with core tools such as ticketing systems, Google Drive, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and word documents.
  • A strong commitment to meeting deadlines, even during busy periods.
  • Understanding of, experience in, or enthusiasm for the digital industry is a plus.

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
