Job Summary
As the Paid Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will lead a team of advertising specialists, adhere to budgets, and ensure that our advertising targets are met. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads or any other platform you see fit.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of advertising specialists to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Develop and adhere to advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Analyse campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimise future campaigns.
- Create and present detailed reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring targets are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and implement these strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
