  • Supported by the rest of the Onboarding and Practice Support team, you will be working proficiently and accurately to evaluate and process legal team requests for the opening of new clients and/or matters in the Firm’s practice management system.
  • This will include Reviewing new client and matter requests from legal teams, Undertaking, and reviewing first level screening of conflict checks for new clients and matters, Liaising with legal advisors and legal support to address day to day queries where required. You will also be requesting and reviewing due diligence, recognising anomalies or concerns and summary findings, completing client risk assessments, auditing and updating client and matter records as well as monthly reporting.

About You

  • You are enthusiastic, highly organised and accurate with a proactive approach to daily administrative tasks within the team.
  • You have the ability to meet deadlines, remain calm under pressure and take initiative.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client care.
  • You have good ICT and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
