- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is a plus.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) are advantageous but not required.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens well:being.
