We like to think of ourselves as being a different place to work compared to other airlines. We’re fun, community driven, less formal, and from top to bottom we really look after each other. We also think it’s because of our ‘Orange Spirit’. That means working in teams that are positive, inclusive, united by purpose, ready to meet problems head-on, and that have your back. As part of this role, you will analyse complex data sets related to flight planning, network operations, crewing, and disruption, leveraging coding languages and tools like Data Bricks.

Collaborating closely with operational teams, you'll identify areas for improvement and efficiency, standardising analysis methodologies and presenting actionable insights through visually appealing dashboards.

You'll work in line with best practices in data analytics and governance, ensuring recommendations are implemented effectively to drive continuous improvement. From problem definition to implementation, you'll take ownership of data analysis, working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance overall business success.

What You Need To Do This Role

Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI is preferred, along with a commitment to learning coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data extraction and manipulation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and organisational prowess.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, while strong influencing and consultative abilities are valued. A willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest developments in data analytics and visualisation is crucial.

If you're a motivated self-starter with a logical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team.
