Negotiator

Reeds Rains Huddersfield Branch are looking for a highly motivated Negotiator to join our estate agency on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive

• Pay in the region of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
• Basic salary from £22,500 plus monthly commission pay

In the role of a Negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times
  
  
  

Industry experience is preferred, but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

A Full UK Driving License Is Essential.
