The National Sales Manager for Sports Rehab Devices will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the sports rehabilitation industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including sports medicine professionals, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and healthcare facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives that support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Oversee the development and execution of training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage sales budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the medical devices/orthopaedics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the sports rehabilitation market and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
