Triplink International (UK) Limited ("Triplink UK") is a UK-incorporated virtual corporate card issuer currently in the process of applying for UK Electronic Money Institution ("EMI").

TripLink UK is part of the Trip.com Group’s finance business unit.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all AML/CTF policies and procedures comply with FCA regulations and relevant UK legislation.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct and oversee regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in financial crime controls and enhance the compliance framework.
* Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CTF policies tailored to TripLink's business model and risk appetite.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports to the FCA, including an annual MLRO report detailing compliance performance and emerging risks.
* Training & Awareness: Design compliance training programs to staff to foster a culture of compliance and awareness regarding AML/CTF responsibilities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for the FCA and other regulatory bodies, representing Triplink during inspections and audits.
* Monitoring & Review: Regularly monitor compliance with AML/CTF policies and conduct independent reviews of systems and controls.
* Investigation & Reporting: Oversee the investigation of suspicious activity reports (SARs) and ensure timely reporting to the relevant authorities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support in compliance matters, including but not limited to high-risk merchant escalations, transaction monitoring escalations or product risk assessment evaluation.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

* Degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
* Relevant AML certifications (e.g., ICA Diploma in AML, ICA Certified MLRO, ACAMS) are preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience in AML/CTF compliance roles, with prior experience as an MLRO or in a senior compliance position, ideally within the UK EMI sector.
* Strong understanding of FCA requirements and UK financial regulations.
* Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities to interpret complex regulations and implement effective controls.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators, senior management, and staff.
* A proactive and flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be a resident of the UK.
