Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance across hospitals, offices, and police stations
  • Conduct reactive and planned preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently
  • Work within SLAs and KPIs to maintain service excellence
  • Participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£100 standby)

Requirements:

  • Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering experience in a commercial setting
  • Full Clean UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass DBS clearance (No criminal record)
