Home Connect & Connectivity Graduate Intern

Your Responsibilities

• Support the App & CRM team with delivery of pre-purchase, in-market and post-purchase marketing initiatives to drive consumer pairing and adoption of our smart home appliances
• To measure and report success of projects with a view to continuously improve interaction touchpoints through sales and marketing channels, including Home Connect user management
• Produce App & CRM content to drive pairing and retention of BSH smart home appliances
• Create website briefs for App & CRM related content and use Content Management Systems to update the Home Connect website to promote Smart Home appliances
• Work with stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives that drive user retention, increase advocacy and drive eventual repurchase
  
  

Your profile

• An interest in creating value-driven content and writing copy for our consumers
• A team player
• Comfortable with Digital tools and keen to learn new skills
• A comfortable presenter and experienced in using Microsoft Excel
• Self motivated and results orientated
