Shift Pattern: 3's & 2's Panama Shifts
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience within a manufacturing environment? I am recruiting for a global leader in performance coatings, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, industrial & architectural!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair on machinery
- Planned and preventive maintenance
- Attending to breakdowns
- Occasional project work
- Conducting appropriate checks on machinery/equipment
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment is used of a safe standard, and any malfunctions/missing components are immediately reported
Key Requirements:
- Apprenticeship within an Engineering discipline. (NVQ Level 3/HNC/HND)
- To have either Mechanical or Electrical experience with at least minimum basic competency in the opposite discipline
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
