Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Clients team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.

• Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
• Salary: GBP37,000 : GBP40,000 per annum
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Stockton:On Tees
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
  
  

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred
• Driving License
• Must be able to obtain DBS
