Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant include:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and impactful lessons that meet the needs of all children.
Working directly with individual students or small groups to boost their academic and personal growth.
Encouraging and guiding children to build resilience and independence.
Assisting in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Collaborating with the team to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
Utilising the school's outdoor spaces and Forest School resources to inspire children curiosity and environmental awareness.
Monitoring and documenting student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.The ideal candidate for the Learning Support Assistant role will possess:
