About The Role

Are you a driven and passionate recruiter looking for your next challenge? 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company based in central Bournemouth, is growing—and we need an experienced Internal Recruiter to help us find top talent across our expanding business.

As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll manage the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing top talent across Accounts, Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering, Development, and more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the very best.

What will you be doing as an Internal Recruiter?

  • Manage the full recruitment process across all business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs & advise on best practices.
  • Source candidates using advertising, social media, networking & referrals.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends to continually improve hiring strategies.
  • Champion the 4Com brand and make our recruitment process stand out.

What experience does the successful candidate require?

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing & candidate attraction.
  • Energetic & target-driven mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment.
  • Creative & proactive approach to sourcing talent.
