We are seeking a talented Internal Communications & Engagement Executive to help inform, engage, and inspire our colleagues at Holland and Barrett. This role is key in bringing our purpose to life, building emotional connections with our brand, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal comms and engagement campaigns to support business strategy
- Manage and loading content on the intranet, building interest and engagement
- Help give content a consistent brand-aligned look through the design of content and PowerPoint decks
- Provide practical support with engagement and internal communications activities
- Supporting business areas with communications via the relevant channels
- Ensuring processes, reporting, documentation, measurement and records are up-to-date
- Monitor and analyse communication metrics, implementing improvements
- Deliver day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Experience in internal communications and engagement
- Good writing, attention to detail, and editing skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign,(or willing to learn)
- Good project management and ability with MS365 and good ability with tech tools
- Ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple priorities
- A passion for driving engagement and continuous improvement
- Experience in an agile, product-led business is a plus
