At our Preston site We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intake QA to ensure our products consistently meet customer quality specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Completion of quality assurance checks throughout the process of producing customer products
• Review production processes to ensure products are made to specification
• Carry out GMP audits
• Conduct and record results of daily, weekly and monthly checks such as scale records, temperature probes and calibration and refrigeration equipment
• Check daily production paperwork
• Carry out micro equipment and hand swabs, allergen swabs, prepare samples for laboratory
• Raw materials check
• Completion of various audits and ensure that corrective actions are completed
  
  
  

Qualifications

Criteria:

• Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment
• Highly organization and motivated, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Knowledge of QA systems (desirable)
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
