Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on developing strategic relationships and maximising revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Lead quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyse customer business needs and trends
  • Monitor and grow wallet share
  • Maintain strong C-level relationships
  • Drive proactive account management initiatives
  • Lead internal cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years account management experience is ideally preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Experience conducting business reviews
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Understanding of corporate gifting/rewards industry
  • Track record of exceeding growth targets
  • Advanced CRM and reporting capabilities
