Head of Sales - Birmingham City Centre

We are working with an established city centre based business who have seen exponential growth over the last 9 years and are now looking for a dynamic, motivated, and visionary Head of Sales to lead their high-performing outbound sales team. What You’ll Do as Head of Sales:

  • Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a passionate team of sales consultants and managers. (approx 20 FTE)
  • Drive Results: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
  • Optimise Performance: Monitor KPIs, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure peak productivity.
  • Shape the Culture: Build a high-energy, supportive, and winning environment that attracts, nurtures and retains top talent.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in an outbound B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent growth and achieve exceptional results.
  • Able to identify skills gaps and deliver training and coaching to maintain a high performing team
  • Strong communication, management and coaching skills
