- Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a passionate team of sales consultants and managers. (approx 20 FTE)
- Drive Results: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
- Optimise Performance: Monitor KPIs, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure peak productivity.
- Shape the Culture: Build a high-energy, supportive, and winning environment that attracts, nurtures and retains top talent.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in an outbound B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent growth and achieve exceptional results.
- Able to identify skills gaps and deliver training and coaching to maintain a high performing team
- Strong communication, management and coaching skills
