As our Head of Organic Growth, you will be the driving force behind our organic acquisition strategy. Your mission is to maximize visibility, traffic, and commercial impact across all global markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll craft and execute a cutting-edge organic growth agenda, working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Media, Product & Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure sustainable business success.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and lead a global organic growth strategy, prioritizing SEO, technical improvements, and organic acquisition tactics to drive revenue

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement organic growth best practices

Own the technical SEO roadmap, ensuring site architecture, crawlability, and international SEO (e.g., hreflang implementation) are optimized

Use data-driven insights from Google Search Console, GA4, and third-party tools to continuously refine and optimize our organic performance

Align SEO efforts with content marketing strategies to ensure our brand ranks for high-intent search queries

Partner with Performance Marketing teams to create a cohesive strategy between paid and unpaid channels

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including a Senior SEO Manager, to deliver outstanding results

Report directly to senior leadership, providing actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership in organic growth & SEO, with experience managing global SEO strategies at scale

Experience in a broad range of organic acquisition strategies, such as content marketing, organic social media, partnerships, and overall traffic generation without paid advertising.

Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact

Analytical mindset, able to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic opportunities

Deep understanding of search algorithms, digital marketing trends, and best practices in SEO

Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard platforms

Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment

Experience in e-commerce or marketplace models is a plus
