We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who’s passionate about great food, has the ability to create and develop a close-knit team, and is ready to write your own menu!

What We Offer
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per year + tips.
Hours: Contracted 45 - 48 hours per week.
Support: Work alongside an experienced Sous Chef.
Ownership: Full Kitchen Management working alongside the GM (owner)
Location: Easily accessible by public transport.

- Lead our kitchen team with creativity and efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding dishes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, from inventory management to training staff.
- Keep menus exciting, seasonal, and on-brand.
- Previous experience in a Head Chef role.
- Spanish and Mediterranean cooking styles
- A creative flair for menu development and a strong understanding of allergens.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
