MJM Industrial is currently recruiting for experienced Handymen to work over in Slough for on-going projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a mixture of basic carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, and decorating, and hold a CSCS Card, preferably SSSTS.
The role will involve working a mixture of days and weekends.
Handyman Responsibilities
The successful Handyman's duties will vary depending on the project/s we are running at the time but will include but won’t be limited to;

The ideal candidate will have experience with a mixture of basic carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, and decorating, and hold a CSCS Card, preferably SSSTS.
The role will involve working a mixture of days and weekends.
Handyman Responsibilities
The successful Handyman's duties will vary depending on the project/s we are running at the time but will include but won’t be limited to;
- Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
- You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
- Complete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner
- Repairs floor and wall coverings
- Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements
- Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
It is essential you meet the following criteria to be successful when applying for this Handyman Role:
- Experience working a within a Multi-trader/ Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Carpentry experiences desirable but not essential
- CSCS Card / SSSTS
- Happy to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.
