Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Crewe, CW1 6DB

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm

Radius Payment Solutions are a leading Global Fleet Management Company who offer services in the Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance industries. Our wide range of products include Fuel Cards, Vehicle Tracking Devices and Phone Tariffs. We are a successful growing global company with offices across 15 countries.

We are looking for a driven Graphic Designer to join our emerging business units marketing team. This role may suit a Graduate with experience of working with a corporate brand during an intern or placement year or someone with commercial experience gained whilst studying part-time.

What will you be doing as Graphic Designer?

• Creating and developing new brands and guidelines
• Working alongside the marketing team to realise concepts
• Working with key stakeholders across multiple departments
• Communicating design updates to the wider business
• Managing and organising the digital asset management software
  
  
  

You will be working on a wide range of assets for multiple products preparing:

• POS material
• Digital advertising
• Email design and assets
• Printed materials
• Internal communications.
  
  
  

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will be able to provide evidence of: -

• Creating and managing a brand across multiple channels
• Working with large, text-heavy documents and an understanding of typesetting and formatting
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills across multiple disciplines
• Strong design knowledge and an interest in design.

• InDesign
• Illustrator - Brand and logo design
• Photoshop
• Layout and typesetting
• Able to work collaboratively and independently
• Able to replicate style and feel of existing designs
• Good understanding of grammar and proof-reading
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
  
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Vector illustration
• Motion Graphics
• After Effects
• UX / UI experience
• Knowledge of print specifications and quality
